She works closely with staff, local partners, and youth leaders to build spaces that are welcoming, sustainable, and nourishing for our neighborhoods. Rachel is committed to uplifting young people through hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and opportunities for real community leadership.

Jajean ensures strategic planning and community partnerships. He helps to expand the reach and sustainability of its environmental initiatives. With a strong background in conservation and regional collaboration, he works to connect local projects to broader environmental efforts across Western New York. His work reflects a deep respect for both people and place. 

Elizabeth helps ensure strong communication, transparency, and organization within the board. She plays a key role in supporting board coordination and documenting the shared work that moves the mission forward. Elizabeth cares deeply about accessibility and community involvement.

Mark is committed to empowering Buffalo’s neighborhoods through collaboration, resource-building, and civic engagement. He believes in the impact of residents coming together to shape a more vibrant, resilient community.

Patti is passionate about uplifting Buffalo’s families through education, outreach, and equitable access to support. She champions the idea that shared knowledge and compassion can drive meaningful, long-term progress.
